PREFERENCES EXPLAINED - Inhouse Staff

  1. You can leave the Inhouse Staff box empty.
  2. You can add as many names and numbers as you want
  3. Staff can be turned on and off so that staff members are not disturbed when they are not working.
  4. Using the arrow keys you can set the order in wich they recieve calls.

 

LEGEND:
Add a new rep to one of the tables. Delete a rep from the table. Careful! There is no undo button.
The rep is working. The rep will be sent text messages. Click to switch. Move selected rep down one row.
The rep isn't working. The rep will NOT be sent any texts. Click to switch. Move selected rep up one row.
Click on the Question Mark for help. Save your changes.
