PREFERENCES EXPLAINED - Favourite Reps
- You can leave the Favourite Reps box empty.
- You can add as many names and numbers as you want
- The telephone button can be switched from green to red. When red the reps are not called so that your reps are not disturbed when they are not working.
- Using the arrow keys you can set the order in wich they recieve calls.

Add a new rep to one of the tables. |  |
Delete a rep from the table. Careful! There is no undo button. |

The rep is working. The rep will be sent text messages. Click to switch. |  |
Move selected rep down one row. |

The rep isn't working. The rep will NOT be sent any texts. Click to switch. |  |
Move selected rep up one row. |

Save your changes. |
